Job Responsibilities:
- Run successful campaigns within agreed timescales and budget, meeting and exceeding the expectations of our Clients and their Channel Partners.
- Adhere to pre-defined processes across all functions to maximize operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain strong client relationships to establish a ‘trusted advisor’ status for channel marketing best practice.
- Communicate with client and partner to provide consultation on the appropriate use of pre-packaged marketing campaigns and activities to meet their objectives.
- Organize internal and external resources, including third-party suppliers, to produce campaign materials and campaign activation. Following agreed processes to maximize operational efficiencies.
- Assure campaign status reports are kept up to date with accurate information and shared with clients at agreed intervals.
- Secure financial tracking document is kept up to date with accurate information to allow for monthly billing to completed efficiently and correctly.
- Produce leads generated from campaign activity to Partners at agreed intervals and in compliance with data security policies.
- Present partners with all necessary proof of execution materials to support the submission of funding claims, adhering to agreed format requirements and submission deadlines.
- Oversee campaign progress and course-correcting where necessary to deliver expected results.
- Discuss with partners to provide lead nurturing advice during and post-campaign.
- Complete post-campaign wrap-up call with clients and partners to advise on campaign-follow up activities and get feedback on the concierge Service that’s been provided.
- Aid the client director in preparation of insight and analysis reporting for quarterly business reviews with the Client.
- Recognize potential opportunities for partnermarketing.com and the wider twogether to expand our offering to the client’s business.
Job Requirements:
- An agency background or work client side in a channel focused team (preferably in the technology sector).
- At least 2 years experience.
- Effective experience in marketing, ideally in the channel or affiliate marketing.
- Deep knowledge of marketing services and production/development processes – design, digital, print.
- Proficient experience of managing digital projects.
- Demonstarted understanding and managing campaign marketing finances.
- Sound organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once and effectively prioritize workload.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Solid project management skills
- Flexibility – able to deal with changing requirements and priorities.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and their partners.
- Be a team player.
- Ability to recommend relevant tactics to optimize each campaign.
- Able to identify opportunities for business development within the Client Account.
