Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team comprising of SEO Managers, TL, Senior SEO and Junior SEO.
• Proactively run client servicing and relations.
• Be the customer’s voice in the SEO Operations team.
• Critically analyze the execution of SEO Projects & troubleshoot problems on the go.
• Manage client review meetings and ensure customer delight.
• Map customer expectations at a high level and evolve SEO practices to ensure
• customer delight.
• Assure client retention.
• Secure timely execution of projects.
• Ensure timely reporting for clients.
• Stay communication channels open between client, SEO team members and business development team.
• abreast of algorithmic updates and the latest trends, tools and techniques followed in internet marketing.

Job Requirements:

• Postgraduates with marketing, IT or communications degree and/or diploma preferred.
• At least 10 years of client and team management experience in the digital marketing arena.
• Effective experience of managing multiple projects in an agency/client relationship model.
• Demonstarted understanding of internet marketing principles.
• Expert knowledge of SEO and organic search methods.
• Deep knowledge of Web Analytics and Webmaster tools.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong skills in building and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Passionate about all things digital and interactive.
• Ability to prioritize strategically and analyze large sets of data.
