Job Responsibilities:
- Be a key player in the growth of the agency, bringing new clients in and also working with the team to grow existing accounts, keeping the pipeline full of great opportunities.
- Participate in business development strategy shoulder to shoulder with the directors, planning who and how to approach new brands, constantly evolving the methodology, tools and technology we use.
- Report directly to our Commercial
- Qualify inbound leads, see through the leads generated by our outbound business development executive.
- Manage pitches, support the conversion of prospects from existing clients, and help to guide our digital agency into new revenue streams.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in selling websites and digital marketing face to face, with full responsibility for leading the process from lead to conversion.
- Effective experience with planning approaches and pitches, and supporting the development of compelling proposals which meet with client’s needs and objectives.
- Proficient experience managing and maintaining a CRM system.
- Proven track record of high sales performance.
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing, web development, UX highly sought after.
- Solid presentation skills and familiarity with the pitch process.
- Sound industry network (both agency and client side).
- Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills.
- Confidence and excellent communication skills – you will need to build trust with clients and across our departments, forming strong working relationships with our team.
- Strong organisational skills and discipline around pipeline management.
- Attention to detail on existing accounts to ensure a hard-won business is developed.
- Willingness to learn and try new methodologies with an ambition to excel in the role.
- Ability to generate leads through networking and attending events, researching and building prospect lists, reviving old contacts as well as following up on leads generated internally.
- A proven ability to understand the needs of clients and take technical specifications.
