Job Responsibilities:
Produce support ensuring that all current projects are delivered in a creative, accurate, meticulously well designed, timely and cost-effective manner.
Accountable for presenting and selling the creative executions internally and to talk intelligently and confidently as to why your creative work is on strategy and on brief.
Listen and learn at every opportunity and developing an awareness of integrated marketing communications, production, print and the digital process.
Communicate with the content director on time management, commercial awareness of briefs and projects
Promote the delivery of new business pitches.
Demonstrate an active interest and have a natural curiosity in all things creative and take responsibility for your personal development by reading, attending seminars, exhibitions and asking questions.
Imagine and realize visuals that help tell the story to clients.
Design consistent high-quality visuals that are hand-drawn.
Assure that there is exceptional attention to detail in everything that you design and ensure design consistency for our client’s brands.
Understood production requirements in order to effectively implement artwork.
Responsible for design and implementation of studio briefs with the support and guidance of the senior team on a daily basis.
Make recommendations and push boundaries to explore new creative solutions and improve the quality of the creative work.
Display the ability to develop and conceptualize a brief from issue through to Artwork and implementation.
Subject for working with the content director and wider team to interpret, interrogate and implement the creative idea to produce excellent creative work.
Job Requirements:
Design degree preferred by not essential.
Expert industry knowledge.
Deep Knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
