Job Responsibilities:
- Design content for our website and social media channels, including articles, images, social media posts, videos, etc.
- Search engine management for our website, including SEO, PPC, and link building.
- Plan quarterly email newsletters, maintaining and growing our mailing list.
- Direct the social media channels, particularly LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
- Maintain the preparation of relevant digital collateral.
- Report on our analytics data from Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Hotjar.
- Produce customer feedback, e.g. NPS & customer surveys.
- Support our company website and blog.
- Audit key industry conferences, awards & other events.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing role with a relevant marketing qualification.
- Effective PPC experience with Google, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Proficient social media management experience using Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram for businesses.
- Proven track record in writing for the web is required, and a flair for storytelling is an advantage.
- Expert knowledge of SEO with on-page SEO and link building.
- Familiarity with email marketing with an email automation system such as MailChimp.
- Demonstrated understanding of light video editing and basic graphic design.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop is a plus.
- Solid experience using Google Analytics and search console.
- Deep knowledge of Hotjar and SEMrush are an advantage.
- Outstanding skills in marketing automation tools and lead capture software.
- Sound communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to draw insights from the data is a must.
