Job Responsibilities:
- Head the paid social campaigns.
- Oversee social analytics and reporting.
- Operate across all biddable social channels (starting with Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest).
- Perform SEO best practices across the website.
- Prepare and spread SEO reporting.
- Cooperate with a search agency to identify trends and content gaps and brief editorial content.
- Report ad copies and campaign structure globally to identify opportunities and efficiencies.
- Manage with audience recommendations and testing.
- Promote link-building activity.
- Supervise website analytics and reporting.
- Improve key landing pages.
- Communicate with partners in line with commercial planning.
- Design campaigns in line with the marketing calendar.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on brand e-commerce.
- Aid in the development of assets and copy to execute cohesive cross-platform marketing communications.
- Produce, interpret and distribute channel performance against KPIs.
- Examine and create best-practice presentations on new digital initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience within a digital role.
- Effective experience in media and digital marketing.
- Proficient understanding of using Google Analytics and/or Looker.
- Deep knowledge for dealing with numbers, including statistics.
- A problem-solving attitude.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
- Great ability to manage projects, focus on achieving objectives, adjust priorities, manage time and follow up on the action.
