Job Responsibilities:
- Direct the new user acquisition for our mobile games (on Android and iTunes) via internal channels and external channels.
- Follow and optimize activity to increase downloads and ROI from these channels.
- Assure that all campaigns are planned, tracked and operated towards specific business and growth objectives.
- Guage and optimize on performance, ROI, retention and engagement.
- Design, manage and execute to achieve optimum ROI per acquisition.
- Build and maintain reports to showcase the health of the campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies, including updates on attribution, latest trends in mobile marketing, social media acquisitions.
- Enhance keyword and analysis to increase store visibility through search.
- Develop the conversion of the stores landing pages, including creative and copy.
- A/B test store assets and roll out learning’s to all platforms.
- Provide best practices and ASO insights regularly with internal teams.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma degree holder in science, commerce fields or any other equivalent educational background.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in User Acquisition and/or ASO for mobile applications.
- Deep understanding of business and engagement metrics like LTV, CPI and Retention.
- Effective working experience to deal with Excel for reporting.
- Enthusiasm for casual and mobile games, and should be playing iOS or Android games on a regular basis.
- Solid mindset with good communication and interpersonal capabilities, able to work independently with minimal daily supervision.
- Function quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
