Job Responsibilities:
- Head and support the implementation of our paid marketing strategies on paid Search, paid social and display channels.
- Responsible for onboard biddable tools and analytics as well as manage integration within existing marketing CMS.
- Search correlations between acquisition activities, revenue, and budget.
- Guage and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific ad platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Manager.
- Drive continuous test and learn campaigns to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition.
- Cooperate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid channels.
- Produce regular reports to marketing teammates and senior management that justifies spending and ROI.
- Design landing pages and lead-gen forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.
- Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead.
- Oversee market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situation.
Job Requirements:
- Effective experience paid and growth marketing for websites, e-commerce, or SaaS.
- Proficient experience in attribution modeling and paid funnel performance.
- Proven track record in paid social, paid search and display.
- Familiarity with mobile paid marketing.
- Deep knowledge of DSP and DMP biddable tools and optimization.
- Expert understanding of using (Google Ads and Facebook Ads).
- Strong skills in organic channels for an E2E growth strategy.
- Solid experience working with and managing projects across multiple teams (Marketing, Product, Sales & Tech).
- Sound A/B and user testing experience.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Ability to use data to justify spend and ROI.
- Able to work in a multi-iteration environment.
