Job Responsibilities:
- Influence and guide our paid digital, social and traditional media strategy to drive optimization and conversion.
- Produce oversight of marketing planning and budgeting process in partnerships with our markets in line with global guidance.
- Present and solicit market input while building productive relationships with key partners.
- Cooperate with agency partners and strategic planning team to develop and drive holistic brand strategy.
- Own local deployment of global media playbook, media education and best practice sharing.
- Continually examine, evaluate and test new lead generation channels and technologies to learn and improve targeting and acquisition.
- Operate to continuously improve the quality of our media planning and processes.
- Assure execution excellence by auditing and challenging on-going execution by agencies and other 3rd parties (weekly).
- Design audience strategy and activation using 1st and 3rd party data (e.g. Clutch, DSP/programmatic, Facebook).
- Maintain markets in creating and following up on holistic media strategy, budgets and media planning across all touch points (using econometric modeling tool as input – but not owning technical aspects of the model).
- Supervise the implementation of our tech stack with the consumer-centric approach in partnership with Global.
- Determine opportunities and define potential media pilots to improve media efficiency and effectiveness.
- Head and collaborates with local market teams on optimizing our data strategy to improve local activation plans.
- Improve clear and concise results analysis reporting templates that demonstrate an understanding of local markets media mix by providing a cross-channel holistic view.
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze and provide feedback on Canada dashboard in line with Regional and Global KPIs.
- Utilize global and local tools to communicate performance results by the campaign.
- Direct media and other agency partners, ensuring optimal resourcing, timely briefings, and a deep understanding of the brand and business opportunities, challenges and plans.
- Communicate and collaborate with media agency on reviewing weekly performance reports by the market.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, media management (MBA preferred).
- At least 5 years of relevant marketing, media and agency experience.
- Effective agency media experience is required.
- Strong models flexibility in adjusting priorities.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Interested in gathering information and resources required to set a plan of action for self and/or others.
- Excited about driving brand growth by better meeting consumer needs.
- Outstanding analytic and creative skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented with unprompted follow through.
- Able to analyze and summarize data.
