Job Responsibilities:

• Propose and size experiment opportunities, build A/B tests and evaluate test results to help make marketing optimization decisions.
• Craft experimentation frameworks and processes.
• Cooperate with Analysts to better measure the success of our efforts across digital marketing channels.
• Produce data-based support and quantify opportunity size for major Digital Marketing initiatives and strategies.
• Utilize deep knowledge of our internal SQL database to build and advise on segmented target audiences.
• Be a full thought partner for marketing channel owners in driving growth in their areas.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, statistics, or related field.
• Effective experience in growth/conversion marketing, performance marketing, or a business analytics role.
• Proficient experience in A/B testing and optimization savvy.
• Self-starter – able to quickly collect context and analyze new parts of the business.
• The ability to break down vague problems into smaller, concrete questions and deliver recommendations to non-analytical audiences.
• Reactive and proactive analytical ability.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries.
