Job Responsibilities :

• Direct allocated digital and social media projects within timeframes and to the agreed budget.
• Produce reports to all internal stakeholders on digital and social activity.
• Develop the database size and engagement with communications to achieve defined targets.
• Grow consumer engagement with the brand across social media channels to achieve defined targets.
• Promote subscriptions on the digital magazine to achieve defined targets.
• Reach growth in site traffic and consumer engagement based on dwell time and page views to achieve defined targets.
• Recognize and propose innovative digital marketing opportunities and solutions to drive engagement, SEO and promote products.
• Head and manage website development.
• Operate closely with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to implement the key digital activity.
• Execute regular email marketing activities with behavioral segmentation to engage consumers and increase the size/quality of all databases.
• Identify actions to evolve and improve strong customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
• Perform the social marketing strategy.
• Develop and manage the social media content calendar.
• Identify trends and engaging content opportunities.
• Design and curate social marketing content including user-generated content.
• Continue to further develop brand advocates program across key social media channels.
• Cooperate with digital and PR agencies and social influencers to promote a key brand and product objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree qualified.
• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of web technologies such as HTML, Content Management Systems such as WordPress and Magento.
• Expert knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Deep knowledge of consumer marketing and promotional planning.
• Ideally from an IT, digital services or technology background.
