Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement strategic digital marketing strategies to generate channel usage and enhance brand image and awareness.
• Run and manage online and digital campaigns to increase online engagement.
• Lead digital initiatives and projects including websites, social media platforms, other digital and interactive platforms.
• Launch marketing programs including strategic product launch from the development of the launch plan to the management of the cross-functional implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in communications, marketing, advertising or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of in-house and agency experience, preferably with experience in the banking and finance industry.
• Effective experience in leading and managing digital marketing projects.
• Demonstrated understanding of digital measurement and tracking, digital display and programmatic media, SEM, SEO.
• Expert knowledge of web analytics such as Google Analytics.
• Strong command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Solid communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
