Job Responsibilities:
- Aid coordinate the college’s social media strategy and outreach efforts in conjunction with the digital content manager.
- Help with the review and analysis of web traffic and behavior, as well as industry and competitor trends, to provide insight for SEO/SEM strategies, content strategies, website optimization, improving the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and identifying trends.
- Produce assistance with optimizing website content, including program descriptions, alumni stories, lead generation pages, and additional content as needed, to support search engine marketing efforts.
- Support with the build of emails and monitoring of email campaign results in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Assist with the compilation of presentation slides and other materials for recruiting events.
- Help in the coordination of marketing activities for the annual Residency Conference.
- Produce assistance with the creation of marketing materials and digital campaign assets as needed.
- Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
- Minimum 1- year experience in digital marketing.
- Effective experience working with various social media platforms.
- Demonstrated understanding of analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media platforms.
- Proficient experience and knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies, including working knowledge of search engines and algorithms.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Deep knowledge of web content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Strong graphic design skills a plus.
- Ability to research, recognize, and evaluate marketing trends.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail, including an ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and function as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
