Job Responsibilities:
- Be the programmatic and social expert for the client on campaign performance and optimization providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
- Organize training materials and best practice documentation.
- Support first-party data for targeting and insights.
- Supervise the work of one specialist, train technical knowledge and manage workflow.
- Layout assets and tags with vendors and ensuring campaigns are delivering against KPI’s and proactively. managing campaign execution.
- Manage to oversee client pacing and performance across digital media portfolio.
- Recommend forward-thinking strategies and innovations.
- Proactively collaborate with client services on campaign set-up and optimization strategy.
- Cooperate with the data teams to provide analytical insights to the client.
- This position reports to the associate director or director, media services.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 4 years experience working in the digital media buying and planning space with focus a on programmatic strategy and execution.
- Effective platform execution experience pulling the levers in DSP platforms (i.e. Google’s DoubleClick Bid Manager, Google Preferred, Amazon AAP, TubeMogul, MediaMath, One by AOL and Facebook Ads Manager).
- Curious about data analytics and how that affects the bottom line.
- Familiarity with social media and the technologies used to support online and/or mobile advertising.
- Proficient experience with digital ads trafficking is required (Atlas, DCM and MediaMind).
- Solid understanding of paid social platforms like (Facebook Power Editor and Twitter).
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite specifically, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong client communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team.
- Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Enthusiasm for the future of brand advertising on the web and building that future.
