Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience and post-secondary education.
• Effective experience in Drupal, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript (DOM and JQuery).
• Demonstarted understanding and proven implementation of W3C Web Standards.
• Proficient experience in LAMP stack (Linux administration, Apache configuration, MySQL database, and PHP web development).
• Proven track record in Drupal site engineering, module development and theming.
• Demonstrated understanding of REST and SOAP.
• Familiarity with integrating open source and third-party applications into existing systems.
• Passion for learning new technologies and staying ahead of the curve with continued personal development.
• Expert knowledge of pre-existing solutions and techniques for solving problems.
• Solid research and problem-solving skills, with the motivation and resourcefulness to address unique client, project requirements and integrations without pre-existing solutions.
• The sense of accountability and ownership for overall project outcomes.
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude and team orientation.
• Ability to demonstrate project management and team leadership with peer coaching and mentoring.
• Strong skills in exhibiting technical leadership in client-facing interactions.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines, and new challenges.
• Outstanding skills in architecting system-wide solutions.
• Deep knowledge of reviewing pull requests of team members’ code.
• Proven experience collaborating with offshore development teams.
• Effective experience in Test Driven Development and Behaviour Driven Development, Cucumber, Behat, Simple Test and Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of No SQL, Angular, Underscore, Node.js and Symfony.
