Job Responsibilities:
- Operate with internal departments (executive leadership, marketing, purchasing, logistics, accounting) to recognize and carry out top priority projects and needs to drive sustainable growth.
- Liaise assignments with external project owners and implementation team to complete projects in a timely and effective manner.
- Organize and implement high-quality online contents including new product media (images, videos, etc.) and descriptions.
- Use problem solving and troubleshooting skills to swiftly resolve integration or compatibility problems.
- Design and evaluate the online sales strategies, improve website sales conversions & customer engagement.
- Recognize and establish KPI’s to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and any areas related to the customer experience (CX).
- Coordinate search engine optimizations (SEO), PPC, CMS, social media, email marketing with internal and external teams.
- Provide and analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Other job-related activities and projects as business dictates.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, digital marketing or related area.
- Minimum 2 years experience in e-commerce management.
- Expert knowledge of using Microsoft Office.
- Strong research and analytic skills.
- Effective experience in B2B commerce and inbound digital marketing preferred.
- Familiarity with Infor’s CloudSuite Distribution, Insite’s B2B e-commerce platform, Agile project management and UX design and standards.
- Deep understanding of team collaboration software and services (e.g. Basecamp, Slack, etc.).
- Proficient experience in project management software and services (e.g. Basecamp, MS Project, TeamGantt, etc.).
- Solid communication skills (written and verbal).
- Sound detail-oriented.
- Ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks.
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
