Job Responsibilities:

• Produce cleansing lists to ensure they are up to date and for the purpose.
• Utilize the suite of suite of email lead generation tools.
• Develop current email templates to follow brand guidelines, increase engagement, conversion metrics, and maintain email best practices.
• Liaise with internal team members effectively to execute email campaigns.
• Present the actionable campaign optimization insights based on campaign analysis.
• Cooperate and contribute ideas in marketing planning meetings.
• Improve and document efficiencies in current and future processes.
• Transfer results and provide and implement improvement recommendations.
• Promote best practices in managing customer list data for optimal segmentation and management purposes.
• Continually modify email strategy for ongoing optimization and excellence in email campaign management for highest conversion opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of online marketing experience including one year of email experience.
• Solid working skills in using (MS Excel).
• Effective experience in developing and maintaining a customer database.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Sound attention to detail is a must.
