Job Responsibilities:
- Run ticket sales and community growth to our global events including SaaStr Annual and SaaStr Europa.
- Improve marketing growth campaigns from ideation to deployment that align with defined sales targets and business objectives.
- An expert on marketing channels including email, social media, content, etc.
- Cooperate with the team to develop and implement new ways to raise awareness of the SaaStr community.
- Display strong copywriting skills and be able to creatively connect with our target market.
- Examine and evaluate the effectiveness of websites sales and marketing tactics, including methods, costs, and results.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience working with high volume, transactional email sales strategy.
- Proven track record in working in marketing for events, B2C or similar environment.
- Effective experience working with Marketo a plus.
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Passion for developing creative ways to increase revenue.
- Demonstrated understanding of transactional selling via email and other online channels.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and think strategically around audience segmentation, targeting, and brand positioning.
