- Use Salesforce as main CRM tool.
- Qualify new prospects through phone calls.
- Cold calling and lead generation.
- Deliver the THP value proposition to prospects via the phone.
- Solution Sell to new prospects.
- Be the master of your sales cycle starts to finish.
- Lead communication with prospects across North America.
- Perform deals to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Operate in an open concept office as a part of our sales team.
- Associate in weekly Sales/Pipeline review.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 1 years of sales background or sales internship.
- Track record of success with a short or long sales cycle.
- Effective cold calling experience and a high energy level.
- Hunter – a type of personality.
- Proven track record in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Proficient experience in PowerPoint or other presentation software.
- Expert sales software (Salesforce CRM) knowledge a plus.
- Strong customer service skills, professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid relationship management and credibility building skills.
- Strategic/creative thinker.
