Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recognize and qualify genuine sales leads, maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Schedule and attend sales meetings.
  • Display industry knowledge and identify prospect business objectives.
  • Provide presentations for sales meetings with prospects.
  • Qualify and report on business and financial aspects of opportunities.
  • Brief senior management with business and financial information for producing quotes.
  • Draft business proposals tailored to prospect requirements.
  • Negotiation and closing.
  • Produce industry updates and prospect insights to senior management for improving sales processes.

Job Requirements:

  • University education preferably in business or marketing will be considered a bonus.
  • Expert marketing knowledge, preferably online or digital.
  • Proven track record in dealing with Microsoft Office with strong presentational skills.
  • Strong business writing skills.
  • Rapport building up, down and across with colleagues and prospects.
  • Concise business reporting of the sales pipeline during company meetings.
  • Consultative sales approach with short sales cycles (1-2 months).
  • Solid business acumen.
  • Tenacious, self-starter and resourceful Excellent phone manner.
