Job Responsibilities:

• Improve compelling design concepts and manage the creative development process for multiple campaigns and projects from concept through completion.
• Operate within brand guidelines to make the best of CGI brand identity.
• Build the look and feel of integrated campaigns, taking the project through strategy, concept, mockups and production artwork.
• Manage both small and large projects, leveraging the relevant experience and that demonstrates project management, communication, and creative skills.
• Cooperate with other graphic designers, content writers, campaign managers, event managers to streamline effective workflow.
• Support deliver high-end business proposal material to global clients as per the team’s timeliness, productiveness and quality standards.
• Collude with management and internal clients to meet or exceed client expectations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in BFA and visual communication) or any related design field.
• Minimum 5  years of experience as a motion graphics artist.
• Deep knowledge and experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Effective experience on Adobe AfterEffects, 12 animation principle, and thumbnail drawings.
• Proficient experience in Cinema 4D/Maya, modeling, rigging, animation, lighting, texturing and rendering
• Proven track record in final cut Pro/Premier, audition, particle simulation, effects control, compositing 3D with 2D elements.
• Demonstrated understanding of the latest technologies and industry standards.
• Solid understanding of animation principles and design methodologies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A creative spirit with a flair for bringing concepts to life with a strong understanding of branding, new media design, videos.
• Sound creative skills, with the ability to grasp design concepts, develop and execute.
• Skillful level skills with all design tools.
• Ability to work without constant supervision, Adaptable and quick learner.
• Great ability to self-motivate, work in cross-functional teams and work flexible hours.
