Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Run traffic to websites using a variety of methods including email marketing, social media, pay per click and display advertising.
• Survey and report key performance indicators on all digital marketing campaigns and assess the performance.
• Enhance speed and performance based on the identified trends and insights.
• Provide new ideas and create growth strategies to increase online lead generation.
• Produce feedback on websites to ensure that they are optimized for search engines.
• Develop and monitor search engine optimization to improve search engine rankings.
• Support site analytics, metrics and campaign reporting.
• Promote landing pages and user funnels.
• Other related duties, as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant area of specialization.
• Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing.
• Effective experience in SEO, SEM, WordPress, MailChimp, Google Tag Manager, Social Media for business.
• Proficient experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display campaigns.
• Expert knowledge of delivering effective, innovative digital campaigns.
• Proven track record in delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online advertisements.
• Solid analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Demonstrated understanding of web metrics (Google Analytics) and the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
