Job Responsibilities:

• Work and contribute positively as a scrum team member.
• Improve web user interface functions on complex functions.
• Conduct analysis to define modifications of complex functions including affected programs, expected behavior, related document changes, and test scenarios.
• Display technical proficiency in design, implementation and unit testing.
• Prepare technical documentation.
• Actively join in testing.
• Champions scrum best practices within the team.
• Strive to increase application knowledge.
• Track development standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, software engineering or computer science.
• At least 5 years technical experience in a software development role (ideally agile development).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI development technologies like Java, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Demonstrated understanding of the whole development process, including analysis, coding, quality assurance, and documentation.
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills and be eager to learn.
• Effective experience in the area of applications architecture is required.
• Proficient experience in business logic development technologies like Progress is an advantage.
• Expert knowledge of accounting or financial software is desired but is not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and design skills..
• Solid problem solver with proven experience in breaking down complex problems.
