Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret business goals and requirements into innovative and effective digital experiences for our customers.
• Grasp, design, test, and iterate solutions that deliver the highest quality user experience for our websites.
• Determine and utilize design systems and module libraries effectively across multiple brand websites.
• Recognize opportunity for website enhancements and define functional specifications through user flows, wireframes, and/or designs.
• Cooperate across teams to define and implement content hierarchy structures and outlines on digital marketing platforms.
• Produce strategy and design oversight of website development projects completed by external agencies.
• Operate closely with front-end developers, web content specialists, and business services partners to ensure web functionality and designs are implemented accurately.
• Present the direction and project oversight to other UX team members as needed.
• Participate in website development process documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communications, human-computer interaction or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in UX and web design.
• Deep understanding and ability designing for a CMS (Sitecore preferred).
• Effective experience in web design and prototyping software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Xd or similar).
• Solid online portfolio with web design and wireframe examples that showcase your approach and thought process of solving problems. Providing additional user experience deliverables such as personas, case studies, information architecture, user flows, and strategy a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Hard-working, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Sound attention to detail and a passion for consistency.
• Imaginative problem solver with a positive attitude.
• The ability for presenting ideas to key stakeholders and advocating for the user.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and day-to-day responsibilities with little oversight.
