Job Responsibilities:

• Improve the long‐term SEO strategy with the goal of driving organic traffic and sales growth.
• Promote and support the team of SEO Specialists and Analysts to hit overall marketing department goals.
• Connect with cross-functional teams to collaborate on the organization’s strategic initiatives and achieve desired results.
• Operate with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns.
• Perform closely with merchandising, product, and technology teams to incorporate and infuse SEO where applicable. Help enhance product level content to optimize the website for highest rank during search engine indexing.
• Direct SEO initiatives including site architecture, keyword research, analysis, content creation and link‐building to optimize search engine rankings.
• Lead onsite search: research and recommend changes in data enhancements.
• Analyze technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
• Develop website content, landing pages and paid search copy.
• Head the off‐page optimization projects (e.g. link‐building).
• Gather data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects.
• Consistently drive innovation with ongoing testing of existing and emerging technology and opportunities.
• Stay abreast of search engine algorithm updates and integrated marketing trends.
• Examine and monitor the competitive landscape.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience.
• Effective experience in HTML markup and web development.
• Familiarity with onsite content curation with optimized markup.
• Expert knowledge of the offsite link‐building.
• Demonstrated understanding of direct and catalog marketing a plus but not necessary.
• Solid knowledge of organic search algorithms, principles, and latest market developments.
• Proven track record in Microsoft Office products especially Excel, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Strong working skills in using communication software such as (Slack & Skype4Business).
• Proficient experience in various web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, IBM Digital Analytics and OWA Pro) with the ability to generate custom reports.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables on tight timelines.
• Wide knowledge of leading an SEO team, mentoring, professional development, and succession planning.
• Sound communication skills including the ability to deliver reports and presentations to executives and other non‐SME audiences in a clear and concise manner.
• Deep knowledge of fashion, apparel retail, e‐commerce, and digital marketing.
• Analytics, reporting and forecasting.
