Job Responsibilities:

• Head SEO projects for our client partners from end to end from a briefing, delivery to reporting. Always ensuring top quality delivery and strategy within agreed timeframes.
• Recognize improvements in the business process to streamline our SEO efforts for clients.
• Produce inspiring insights for clients, communicate them effectively and ensure recommendations are supported by sound research and analysis.
• Assure that client briefs, priorities, and associated challenges are fully understood by the project team where relevant along with relevant deadlines and expected deliverables.
• Manage sections of business development related to SEO and presents relevant sections in pitch meetings with the support of SEO head and business development director
• Teach and mentor new team members and interns on subject matter expertise.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in an SEO role, ideally in an agency environment.
• Deep understanding of the overall SEO process, including technical and content optimization, competition analysis, link building, acquisition campaigns and app store optimization.
• Effective experience in various industry web analytics tools used by our clients, such as Google Analytics including the ability to collect and interpret data with the aim of driving impactful change for SEO projects.
• Strong about SEO and digital analytics, with the proactivity to further develop your skill set within the world of digital marketing.
• Proficient experience in managing client expectations and working to project deadlines.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and how to build visually appealing client presentations.
• Sound skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPS, PivotTables, advanced formulae).
• Demonstrated understanding of CSS, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript and PHP.
• Proven track record in how these can be optimized to help drive performance for SEO projects under your remit.
• Outstanding knowledge of international SEO techniques and best practice for other search engines, such as Bing, Yandex, Yahoo! and Baidu.
• Wide knowledge of other areas of digital marketing, such as SEM, Display, Affiliate or social media marketing.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail when building presentations.
