• Degree in computer science, information science or related technical field experience in implementing or updating SharePoint applications in 2010 and higher versions and Nintex form, workflow development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in designing, developing, implementing SharePoint applications and Nintex.
• Familiarity with Nintex Forms and workflow designing is a must.
• Effective experience in migration from other CMS tools.
• Solid experience in analyzing complex system requirements, critical business processes and information systems.
• Proficient project-based experience designing, implementing, and testing portal customizations.
• Strong business process, requirements analysis and re-engineering, module set up and configuration, documentation, ability to spec customizations and knowledge transfer experience required.
• Sound working knowledge of software development life cycles.
• Demonstrated understanding of all key ITIL processes is a plus.
• Expert knowledge of identifying gaps and areas for process improvement, and acting to close those gaps.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including an ability to develop presentations and present to management.
• Great communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment are necessary.
• Proven track record in AGILE methodology is a must.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver with the highest quality.
• Ability to clearly communicate with team members on issues, status and design ideas throughout the project.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business challenges and determine final business requirements.
