Job Responsibilities:

• Day to day community oversees and manage across all current and future social media platforms.
• Participate in the social media strategy and consistency of message per brand.
• Perform both paid and organic strategies in line with marketing objectives.
• Recognize and build blogger/influencer relationships for each brand.
• Combine UGC across other marketing channels.
• Organize and deliver content calendars and production schedules in line with marketing plans and objectives.
• Complete all campaign and product photography for B2C & B2B platforms.
• Build all social media content including copywriting, photography, videography and resourcing alongside the creative studio.
• Keep on top of current trends in social media and leading platform evolutions and opportunities
• Weekly, monthly and quarterly report as well as competitor analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Effective experience working in social media (agency or multiple brands preferred).
• Proficient experience photographer with the relevant portfolio of work.
• Familiarity with both natural and studio lighting.
• Deep knowledge of social media strategies including reach, engagement and lead generation.
• Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, Snapchat, YouTube etc as well as community management tools such as Hootsuite.
• Solid photography experience utilizing both studio and natural lighting.
• Proven track record in Adobe Creative Suite for both still image and video editing.
• Excited about digital marketing, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, blogging, photography and design beneficial.
• Strong experience in CRM, analytics and reporting beneficial.
• A self-motivated and confident decision maker.
