UX Designer

Procom is looking for a UX Designer in Toronto, Canada. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design clear and compelling design deliverables including user flow, wireframes, high fidelity mocks and dynamic prototypes.
  • Subscribe to a design system that leverages reusable design patterns and components for developer handoff.
  • Cooperate with design, product and technology teams to help solve problems for our customers.
  • Translate complex requirements and user stories into elegant solutions that engage our audiences.
  • Operate on low fidelity wireframes and user journeys.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of digital design experience.
  • Effective experience in working in an enterprise environment i.e. telco, bank, insurance.
  • Proficient experience with Adobe creative suite and ideally Sketch (the team will be moving to this product soon).
  • Strong web typography and visual design skills.
  • A proven online portfolio that demonstrates your expertise, problem-solving skills, and talent.
  • Expert knowledge of Sketch App and how it integrates into a design system.
  • Ability to collaborate in a test and learn culture with UX research to validate design assumptions through usability testing and optimization assessments.
  • Able to prototype with modern design tools.
  • Ability to present and articulate your work to senior product stakeholders, front-end developers + brand and content teams.
