Job Responsibilities:

• Perform all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to backend developers.
• Imagine original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.
• Design wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Provide and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Build and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Establish visually pleasing banners, ads, EDMs and that can convert.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in multimedia design, human-computer interaction, interaction design or a visual arts subject.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Effective working experience as a web designer.
• Solid graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Invision and  Flinto or other visual design platforms, wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Strong visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Able to translate designs to mobile.
