In seven years Web Summit grew from 400 to over 60,000 attendees from more than 166 different countries. Web Summit has been called “the best technology conference on the planet”.

Web Summit started as a simple idea in 2010: Let’s connect the technology community with all industries, both old and new. It seemed to resonate. Web Summit has grown to become the “largest technology conference in the world”.

In 2017 only, the Web Summit welcomed 1200 speakers.
