Digital Marketing Executive

Al Mana is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute digital marketing plans and campaigns on behalf of GO Sport, Courier and NBA.
  • Lead the social media marketing campaigns and competitions.
  • Manage social media accounts for developing relevant topical content to reach brands target audience.
  • Regularly upgrade and manage online content highlighting any key activities such as launches of new products or promotions.
  • Analyze all content on digital platforms to ensure content is optimized and in line with requirements, is relevant to the consumer market and language is reflective of the company brand.
  • Draft and post videos, podcasts and audio content on digital platforms.
  • Operate on search engine optimization of websites.
  • Build editorial and content calendars in a timely manner, ensuring execution of this is also within agreed timeframes.
  • Head and execute all in-store digital content in line with brand value and guidelines.
  • Provide monthly metrics and insight reports for all platforms.
  • Assistance for online content creation for all digital assets and platforms.
  • Use the content management system in line with company needs and guidelines.
  • Follow and analyze traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
  • Recognize new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and their use for our brands.
  • Continually enhance digital touch points to ensure customers have a reason to return to the site.
  • Support with content improvements by proactively researching competitor activity in the local and international market in order to ensure a par is maintained.
  • Assure all products are uploaded onto the website in a timely manner and as per company guidelines.
  • Classify products in line with company guidelines to assist ease of customer discovery and to generate positive engagement.
  • Examine and propose improvements and produce relevant reports related to analytics or any issues
  • Help the marketing team with a copy for promotional activity through online marketing, email activity etc.
  • Maintain the marketing team providing assistance for working alongside 3rd party agencies.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • At least 4 years experience in a similar role.
  • Deep working knowledge of SEO criteria.
  • Effective experience in website content, CMS and email template programs.
  • Proficient experience in using (Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Publisher).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ad Words.
  • Proven track record in dealing with HTML/CSS and social media platform.
  • Solid attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Fluency in English is essential, and Arabic is an advantage.
