Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance management to formulate and execute policies of performance tracking on business process as to ensure total customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Search new software/tools for simplifying the business flow.
- Supervise department operations and manage department administrative tasks.
- Aid in business support to several business units ensures that all documentation produced is accurate.
- Accountable for sales coordination and other administrative support.
- Support customer database, data entry and document filing.
- Manage enquires from internal departments and clients.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in business administration, marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1- year business administration, marketing and sales coordination experience within a business environment are preferred.
- Effective experience in PC applications especially in Microsoft Office.
- Strong command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills.
- Patient, self-motivated and with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Polite, pleasant personality, detailed-minded and good time management.
- Immediate available or short notice would be advantageous.
- High ability to multitask, prioritize, track project and follow through the assigned task.
