Job Responsibilities:

• Aid team members in generating ideas and gathering requirements.
• Cooperate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand the feasibility and contribute design concepts.
• Support facilitating and completing projects with teammates.
• Design low and high-level wireframes.
• Create prototypes to communicate design intention.
• Comparative analysis.
• Iterative testing.
• Create detailed design specifications and guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Effective expertise in Sketch with experience in Photoshop, Principle, InVision, Origami and a functional understanding of CSS.
• A strong grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, and usability and accessibility concerns.
• Mobile-first design approach.
• An eye for visual design.
• Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.
• Be able to work with a remotely distributed team.
