Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect and cold calling US, UK and Canada based clients.
- Sell outsourcing solutions (call center services, software services etc.) to enterprises in the assigned territory.
- Utilize and manage alliances and partnerships to offer enhanced value to the client.
- Understood offshore outsourcing platforms to craft solutions to match customer needs.
- Answer inbound inquiry calls.
- Support customer records by updating account information.
- Recognize quality sales leads from the Off-Shore market through internet research and lists.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2-year experience in business to business sales experience.
- Proven track record in using MS office, Good typing skills.
- Effective experience in consulting and interactions with C-level executives.
- Solid organization, writing and communication skills.
- Sound prospecting and cold calling skills.
- Neutral or US Accent.
- Negotiation skills.
- Strong listening skills and should be a self-motivated person.
- Ability to understand customers’ industry and core business processes.
