- Hands on experience in Business Development preferably with a small – medium-sized organization (30-100 people).
- Responsible to train & motivate the team to perform and nourish better.
- Responsible to implement new business development initiatives.
- Should have used at least two different lead sourcing channels (e.g. Bidding portals, Cold-calling, social media etc.).
- Responsible to achieve Monthly Individual & Team Targets defined by the organization.
- Analyzing the requirements of clients and suggesting them ways of improvement.
- Work history should show the achievement of minimum quarterly target$100,000 more than once.
- Thorough knowledge of business development right from lead sourcing to account management.
- Ability to screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, requirements, potentials, and financials.
- Providing Technical suggestions that enhances the performance of the client’s requirement.
- Single Point of Contact for all services based inquiries.
- Cost & Time Estimation.
- Ability to develop contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Escalation for issue resolving.
