Job Responsibilities:
- Provide and implement sales strategy.
- Manage inquiries via email and telephonic.
- Improve and maintain relationships with existing customers via meetings/ personal visits, telephone.
- Take customer feedback and analyzing them for future improvements.
- Search market opportunities, identify the new clients and maintain rapport with the existing ones
- Good negotiation skills.
- Understood the future perspective of the company and developing strategies for growth accordingly.
- Examine and analyze the market to find out better business opportunities.
- Cooperate with clients and making business deals that are beneficial for the company in the long run.
- Find out faults and loopholes in the current business strategies and change them and help in preventing stagnancy in the business by implementing new ideas continuously.
- Run new business through biding portals, channels and via other modes.
Job Requirements:
- BBA/B.Sc/any graduate MBA in IT / marketing will be preferred
- Minimum 1- year experience in relevant industry.
- Effective experience in direct marketing or inside sales is a plus.
- Expert knowledge of bidding on different job portals.
- Demonstarted understanding of different frameworks/CMs and latest technologies.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Be flexible with timings.
