Job Responsibilities:
- Head on the team in all parts of the creative process to come up with compelling, well-structured and innovative digital and integrated creative campaigns that are aligned with the overall strategy.
- Create and guide proposals in English for regional and global digital and integrated projects with strategy, approach and expected outcomes matching with clients’ KPIs.
- Establish expectations for our specialist practices, supervising and managing the other strategist working on multiple accounts.
- Design compelling, well-structured and innovative digital creative campaigns that align with the overall strategy.
- Synthesize and effectively liaise insights and creative idea with execution team.
- Improve concepts and proposals to illustrate creative ideas (pitch standard).
- Support in preparing a document to pitch clients e.g. marketing plan, schedule and budget.
- Stay current with emerging digital technology, creative marketing strategies and social insights for internal and external training.
- Lead or review creative proposals to ensure the proposal clearly demonstrate how the creative idea, strategy delivers on the business needs and focus on results and measurement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, journalism, media, marketing, business, advertising or related disciplines.
- At least 1 year of working experience in creating creative marketing campaigns preferably in digital marketing or social media fields.
- Deep knowledge of social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest).
- Effective working experience in the China and overseas market is a plus.
- Proficient experience would be considered as assistant creative manager.
- A global mindset with avant-garde thinking.
- Strong command of English writing and presentation, Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus.
- Extremely personable with a collaborative spirit.
- Profoundly curious and ability to question conventional wisdom.
- The ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities.
