Job Responsibilities:

• Analysis content, ideas, and scenarios for individual or managerial training and development, with a focus on “on-the-job” activities with bite-sized content.
• Understood client requirements, their environment and business challenges in detail and thereby customize content (both behavioral and functional) accordingly.
• Use modern instructional designing techniques to storyboard, design, develop and deliver micro-learning content such as short lessons, quizzes, cases, activities etc.
• Direct the platform includes (uploading content on authoring platform, user management, content deployment for clients and overall project management).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, English Literature, Communications, or a similar background, but not a hard criterion.
• Effective experience in a marketing and research.
• Solid skills necessary to create, develop, repurpose and share engaging content.
• Proven organizational skills and a high rate of productivity to handle multiple client projects.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Interested in working in a passionate, high-growth, results-oriented environment.
• The high ability for thinking creatively and differently and articulating it in a consumer-friendly manner.
