Creative Lead

2Stallions is looking for a Creative Lead in Singapore, Singapore. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate directly with clients to execute on a multitude of different design briefs within a fast-paced environment.
  • Translate client requirements into design briefs.
  • Craft a creative strategy for our clients to ensure our deliverables consistently meet their objectives within stipulated timeframes.
  • Co-ordinate and manage client briefs, expectations and managing the output from our design team.
  • Communicate with our technical projects team for websites and applications development to ensure functional and implementation feasibility of designs that are effective at achieving business goals.
  • Liaise with our performance & digital marketing team to develop effective designs aligned with the overall strategic direction of social media and advertising campaigns.
  • Supervise and lead the ‘beautification’ of client websites, videos, eDMs & social media, working hand-in-hand with the rest of our design team.
  • Be a subject matter expert for functional creativity when it comes to websites, social media, eDMs & videos.
  • Keep cutting-edge with web design trends and tools to achieve high levels of efficiency, quality and delivery.
  • Contribute regular content to the 2Stallions blog on UX Design/UI design based on research, experience, and relevant design news.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in design and visual communications and/or digital design.
  • Minimum 4 years UX & Web/Mobile app design experience.
  • Solid portfolio to accompany a resume.
  • Effective agency experience in a design role for at least 2 years
  • Proficient experience working with/for MNC companies preferred.
  • Proven experience in the application of user-centered philosophies and interaction design best practices.
  • Demonstarted understanding and involvement of the latest web design techniques & visual marketing.
  • Strong Visual Design/Layout/Typography skill set.
  • Must possess a mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and InvisionApp.
  • Expert knowledge of how HTML, CSS & JS works.
  • Good experience with content management systems like WordPress.
  • Great professional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Sound problem-solving, creative and communication skills.
  • A social native – whether it’s Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn – experience with social is a must.
  • Able to run ideation, concept and usability testing workshops for potential clients.
  • The demonstrable ability for high-quality output focused on offering the best value to clients within time and technical constraints.
  • Able to articulate design decisions that drive end-user needs while achieving clients’ business goals.
  • Able to lead and manage a team – to allocate resources, maintain timelines and stay within budget.
  • Able to rapidly prototype and on iterate designs.
  • Able to work with minimal direction in a constantly evolving fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work harmoniously in small, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
