About the Job:

• Maintain a productive software development team.
• Direct Reporting to Chief Technical Office.
• Establish and ensure the execution of projects, delivering the highest quality systems that meet the business needs.
• Manage analysts and developers to meet project dates.
• Develop the professional skill sets of team members.
• Maintain positive working relationship with customers.
• Supervise requirements document/functional specifications, test plan, test cases and scenarios.
• Lead multiple delivery projects.
• Building a strong .NET/Java/HMTL5 centric development team in Cairo.
• Strong Input in development methodology and its implementation.
• Strong Input in design and architecture.
• Successfully delivering new features and products.
• Participation/Supervision of presales Activates and new product development.
• Coordinating cross functional and cross location development/delivery efforts.
• Supervise developing iPhone, Android, iPad ,Tablets, Windows 8, Web & SMS applications for business using the following technologies:-

1. ASP.NET.
2. HTML5, JS, VB.Net, C#, Mono Touch.
3. Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle DB.
4. Microsoft Message Queuing, WebSphere MQ.
5. Microsoft IIS.
6. SOAP XML Web Services.
7. Multi-threading Technology.
8. XSD Mapping.

Job Requirements:

• Perfect Experience in .NET.
• Excellent command of both English and Arabic.
• Good Experience in Java.
• Strong analytical skills required.
• Good writing skills.
• Very good communication skills and research capabilities.
• Previous experience in similar business is a plus.
• Knowledge of Mobile , Web, SMS is a plus.
• Hard worker, dedicated, independent, self motivated and willing to learn.
• Perfect work experience in software development.
• Experience managing projects and teams.
• Good experience with multi tier system design and implementation.
• Good understanding of Software Business and sales related processes.
• Knowledge of Web & Mobile Technologies is required.
• Knowledge of iPad & iPhone Technologies is required.
• Knowledge of SMS & IVR Technologies is a plus.
• Good Document/Help Reader.
• Quick Learner Self Dependent.
• Visual Studio .NET Experience Required.
• Excellent English language (Written and Spoken).
• Mono Touch/ Mono Develop Experience is a plus.
• Mobile Tech. Experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of MacOS Environment is a plus.
• Ability to Travel for delivery of Abroad Projects.
• XML knowledge is a plus.
• Ready to Learn & Work in a Team.
