Digital Communication Manager

IKEA is looking for a Digital Communication Manager. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Developing and managing Digital Communication campaigns.
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all Digital Communication.
  • Evaluating customer research, market situation and competitor data.
  • Managing the redesign of the company website.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in Digital Communication.

Qualifications:-

Knowledge:

  • IKEA Concept and Brand, including IKEA Brand values, copy and visual identity, and tone of voice.
  • Working with agencies, campaign briefing and processes.
  • Marketing and branding.
  • Project and process management (incl. IKEA catalogue).
  • Media management (planning, buying, measuring, etc.).
  • Broad knowledge of communication and creative concept evaluation/judgment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the complete media landscape, usage and measurements.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programs.
  • Good Experience in eCommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
