About the Job:

• The Candidate will be responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for websites content, web pages content, email promotional creative, social media graphics, and banner ads.
• Report the Head of Digital Operations and work closely with the Director of Business Development and Project Managers.

Job Duties:

• Execute the design and production for websites content, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads and email campaigns.
• Work with the digital team and internal and external resources to ensure quality
• Translate offline/online Marketing strategies into effective designs.
• Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning.
• Work with Head of Digital Operations to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.
• Other related duties as assigned.
• Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital fronts.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years successful professional design experience, preferably in a digital agency or in-house Web team.
• Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design.
• Experience in digital marketing with a strong knowledge of Photoshop.
• Experience designing social media posts, banners and online advertising banners mainly for Google Ad-Words.
• Able to present concepts.
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability.
