About the Job:

• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Planning and implementing social media, search, and display advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, analysis, optimization, budgeting, keyword and demographic research and targeting.
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
• Execution ongoing communication with clients.
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
• Organizing all company’s events.
• Analyzes campaign performance metrics and conversion metrics to monitor and improve performance.
• Working together with all departments to develop projects and meet deadlines.
• Providing insight for the design of online ads, landing pages, and ad messaging.
• Google Adwords and Facebook Advertising campaign development and management (PPC, content network, related media such as YouTube, etc.)
• Implement and measure on site social tools, support, marketing promotion of social channels, track & share competitor social activity.
• Participates in company brainstorming sessions to identify new messaging, creative, and strategic opportunities for clients.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
• Other assigned tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Strong consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
• Verified working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
• Proven social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Sufficient knowledge of web design, web development, SEO, and CRO.
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
• BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
• Fluency in English.
• Creativity is very important.
• Experience 1-2 years in E-Marketing and Advertising.
• Higher University Degree with post graduate degree in Marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (esp. Word and Excel).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Motivated, creative, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
• Experienced in 3D Max and photography.
