About the Job:
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic.
- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Tracking conversion rates.
- Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, PPC and SEO.
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Managing the redesign of the company website.
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
- Improving the usability content and conversion of the company website.
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
- Real time tracking and responding to user queries on Online platforms by coordinating with stakeholders.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Maintaining standard ratings/ Response metrics and improving figures over time.
- Recommending additional websites to seed reviews.
- Ensuring timely seeding of reviews on relevant sites and maintaining visibility of the same.
- Ensuring timely sharing of Response reports with relevant stakeholders.
- Blog writing and maintenance.
- Regularly tracking chatter around Brand & key competitors and sharing reports on the same.
- Coordinating with the 3rd party review management site to remove wrong/defamatory reviews/feedback.
Job Requirements:
- MBA with 2-4 years of experience.
- Having developed expertise in running digital marketing campaigns successful.
- The ideal candidate should be a Highly Analytical person with ability to work for startups and set up digital communication strategy for the company.
