Digital Marketing Associate

Dubai Tourism is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance senior manager in the generation of leads, development, and management of relationships with key digital partners (social media platforms, advertising platforms, online travel agencies, travel metasearch engines, digital agencies).
  • Follow and report partnership status, progress and accomplishments.
  • Recognize opportunities for leveraging partner platforms across the organization’s different teams and departments, ensuring holistic benefits to collective objectives.
  • Cooperate with the legal team to develop partnership agreements.
  • Perform projects resulting from partnerships.
  • Promote and propose creative and innovative partnership opportunities with digital and social media partners in the travel industry.
  • Support passion for learning about new digital trends and technologies, constantly staying on the cutting edge of good industry practices and innovation.
  • Determine and leverage digital and social trends in travel to leverage partnerships to their fullest potential.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related fields and outstanding academic performance.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms including (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter).
  • Effective experience in Google platforms (Google search, Google advertising and YouTube).
  • Familiarity with numbers and statistics, and capability for quantitative and qualitative analysis and building of basic business cases and strong arguments.
  • Proven understanding of digital marketing and advertising.
  • Proficient experience in using and understanding social media in a professional and/or promotional capacity.
  • Demonstrated internship experience in marketing or social media departments.
  • Strong experience of working with advertising on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and rapport.
  • Great computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft and Google Docs suite.
  • The ability for organized thinking, allowing effective and thorough tracking and reporting.
