Job Responsibilities:

• Improve social media initiatives to support the marketing program and communication.
• Collaborate dynamic text and visual content for social media channels on daily basis with the design team.
• Lead social media accounts, social listening and engage in social discussion.
• Examine social media platforms to understand your audience.
• Reply any of customers questions and possibly convert them into a customer if needed.
• Responsible for social ad planning and buying.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degrees in journalism, communications or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in social media, digital advertising or marketing agency.
• Demonstrated understanding of consumers and what motivates them online.
• Effective Blogger or editorial experience preferred.
• Familiarity with social analytics tools (FB insights, Twitter analytics, GA etc).
• Solid communication skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Immediate available is an advantage.
• Sound interests in Blockchain or Cryptocurrencies.
• Strong overall writing skills in a number of different styles and tones.
• Ability to take complex information and turn it into easy-to-understand content.
