Job Responsibilities:
- Aid in planning, execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across a variety of digital channels to raise brand awareness, generate engagement, create conversation and ultimately maximize web site visits and e-commerce revenue.
- Provide online marketing materials, copywriting and translation which targets the hotel potential and existing guests, and engage them by coming up with fresh, relevant and interesting content and campaigns.
- Direct the online guest reviews, understand guests concerns and ensure a timely response.
- Promote data mining initiatives maintain, grow and organize hotel contacts database, understand existing guests and identify guest behavior in order to improve the guest experience.
- Cooperate with internal and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation of marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in marketing or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of digital marketing experience in a sizable organization and relevant experience in the hospitality industry is an absolute advantage.
- Effective knowledge of running the online campaign, website CMS, web analytics tools and social media platform is a plus.
- Deep experience in copywriting and translation as well as PC knowledge, MS Office applications, Photoshop and movie editing.
- Imaginative, analytical mindset and critical thinking.
