- Apply marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.).
- Recognize trends and insights, and performance based on the insights.
- Survey and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and asses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Design and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media. (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc.).
- Liaise with customers on social media, forward the leads to the relevant team and monitor them.
- Aid in the planning and execution of online newsletters and promotional emails.
- Cooperate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience; user funnel.
- Manage market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and merchandising.
- Draft marketing literature (content, blogs, press releases etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
- Minimum 1-year experience is required.
- Effective work experience in digital marketing.
- Expert knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is preferable.
- Proficient experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns is preferable.
- Sound analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Interested in following the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Solid ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch point.
