Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and execute on marketing strategy and service as the voice for the brand.
• Direct the brand standards across all creative executions and enforce brand consistency with stakeholders.
• Supervise the development of messaging and creative executions including media, digital and collateral.
• Maintain and enhance content and brand execution on careers website, providing timely updates to stakeholder requests.
• Lead day-to-day relationships with resort teams and talent acquisition stakeholders.
• Operate with the creative agency to come up with creative campaigns and run 360 integrated campaigns.
• Improve targeted media plans for resorts and individual departments.
• Cooperate with external agency and media team to traffic media.
• Manage budget and track costs associated with campaigns.
• Efficiency channel analytics and assure we utilize data to make the best decisions.
• Perform segmented and personalized CRM email strategy, proactively managing content calendar, content creation and email delivery.
• Expand and provide consistent, timely CRM reporting.
• Run to recruit social media channels and provide timely responses to candidate comments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication.
• Minimum 5  years of experience in marketing, user analytics and consulting experience in a fast-paced environment or a larger company with a strong entrepreneurial culture, super important to run creative campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Deep understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts.
• Proficient budget-management skills.
• Effective experience in judgment and discretion.
• Demonstrated skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid research and analytical skills.
• Interested in following the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design and production.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
